VY parts in melbourne--turtle shell, towbar hole cover

after a cheap turtle shell for vy v8 doesnt matter what condition must have clips in tact not broken, and also the lil piece of where the towbar sticks out after u take it off only melbourne for the shell

i have a turtle shell lying around. From memory it doesn't use clips, the turtle covers are held on by 4 screws.....
