Sorry if I sounded ungrateful, I didn't meant to be. I'd been on some of those sites already and got conflicting info. I pretty sure a 2003 VY with air com=n uses the 6PK2815 though I see Bosch do a 2810 which is what I currently have after some intensive looking on my current belt. I'm guessing 5mm is neither here nor there.

There is only one VY V6 drive belt (non supercharged). The Holden part # is 92100691. Cross reference that and you should be sweet.

Incorrect. VY base models did not come standard with aircon. Very rare to see one without it in Australia, but they definitely exist, and use a shorter belt.
