Vy ss ute vin shows as a corvette

Hi guys

I recently sold an 03 vy ss ute in red. A PPSR report showed everything fine but the holden site shpws it as a corvette. Ckecked correct vin no. Entered which is fine but just dont get how 1 site shows ok and another as a vette.

Because PPSR check shows the details the vehicle was registered with.

The Holden check just uses their vin decoding system. The vin on your car may be odd or there is a fault in their decoder.

Not sure i really matters as it wasn't some stealth corvette and the car isn't yours to worry about anyway.
