Hi,
Ive got a series 2 vy ss, with aftermarket head unit and wiring harness for the steering wheel controls.
Couple of little problems I wouldn't mind some advice on.
Firstly, the controls work fine, but i have noticed that when I have the wheel turned a certain way, the volume up button turns into the mute button, and the mute button tuns to mode....
Secondly, tonight i noticed that they don't work at all when the car lights are on.
Thirdly, the buttons don't illuminate at all when the car lights are on, I thought this was a series 2 feature?
I did notice the other day that I thought the right hand horn button didn't work, but the left did. Although I may have not pushed it hard enough.
Could this be a clock spring or a fuse/relay problem?
