VY stero unit help

i bought a VY SII a few months ago, and im wondering do Blaupunkt make a verson with a mp3 player etc in the same range of units.
Im wondering if choose to replace it with a differant brand, which brands can have the control function on the steering wheel and the actual size of the unit itself.
Does a big hole in the dash stay there or is it covered up?

As far as I know they dont have a unit that has mp3 playback.
