vy ute, how much?

Ok, people i am going to be made redundant this year b4 christmas as my work is shutting up. The company has a base vy series 2 ute that will be put up for auction or if someone puts a resonable offer it will sell. It is a standard unit, white and has a black hardlid & tubliner. The downfalls are that it needs 145,000 service, the rear bumpers need repairing or replacing due to cracks in it, 50cent sized dent in tailgate, speaker grills in doors need replacing as they are cracked, drivers side plastic cover on base on drivers seat need replacing and powersteering has a shudder at low speeds and needs a good detail, how much should it go for or how much should i put and offer in to admistrators.
