I've heard of people putting the vy rear end assembly into a vt to get rid of the camber and toe problems

My car is on sssl rear springs and the camber wear is just stupid. I'm about to build my engine so I want to get that little bit more traction and tire life

Accidentally pressed post LOL.

What will I need from the vy/vz to put into my car to make it work and how big of a job is it

Cheers.

Changing the rear will only add toe links, but won't stop the camber wear you are experiencing, due to the car being low in the rear....It will reduce the wear, but not fix

I would suggest putting a 4 pin camber kit in the current rear, so the camber and toe can be adjusted whilst retaining the ride height you have, therefore reducing further the wear problems experienced....

Throw in a VY Series 2 or later rear cradle along with a 4 point camber kit and that's about the best you'll do.

VX series 2 were the start of toe adjusters

Having toe adjusters, it is pointless putting in a 4 point kit.....You're adding in another toe adjuster, that would already be fitted by adding in the later era rear

I can also attest that the toe links don't do as much as a camber kit.
