VZ 2005 Power Window Issue

When i hit the switch to put the windows down , the window drops a few cm’s and then stops . I have to hit the switch over and over to get the windows down . They go up fine . I have replaced the switch pack and interchanged the fuse and regulator . Still same problem , I have silicones the felt frame . Still no luck . Please help !

Maybe get it scanned [with a Tech2 or Autel, or similar],
and get the person to drive the windows up and down with the analyzer.
That will prove if the regulator is working correctly,
Then it will point to the Switch pack, or another fault.
