I would hold off for a lower K 6LT,having owned a VZ SV8 5.7L and now owning a VZ SS 6LT the 6LT is a much more responsive engine especially low to mid range

Hey Mate

I would either buy a low k 5.7 litre now or just hold off and save another $3 - $5 k and get the 6 litre....

Try and get a 5.7 litre with exhaust, CIA, and mafless tune and it'll be better than a stock 6 litre anyway

As people have said, it comes down to the history of the car, how it's been driven, service history....
I'm happy with my ls1 vz, even after having a vx ss...

You would buy a modded 5.7 over a stock 6 Litre? :bang: stupid.

$18k isn't a price range for a 6L anyway. $20 would b your base 150-180xxx kms
