Vz bad fuel economy? ?? HELP

50 around town and then there's spots that are 60kmh.

I used to have a vz sv6 and it got way better consumption than this

It's gone up to 16.3 this is ridiculous!!
I got 100km out of just over a quarter. I really have no idea where to go now

Plugs and coils have been done
All 02 sensors have been done
Full service.

My next option is to do the fuel filter and fuel pump. Can this drastically effect the consumption? If so how do we do it? Any write ups?

Could it at all be a leak in the gaskets from the extractors? Could this be a problem?
