I've always had a problem with front discs running out of true after say 20 to 30 000 kms and getting a shimmy in them through the steering wheel especially downhill braking when they get hot and fixed it temporarily by machining/replacement only to find it back again after some time and I know of a few people with the same drama but no real long term solution. Ive tried the bedding in procedure but this didnt stop it . Just lately had the discs machined again and they took quite a bit of material off to get it true again.
Recently been told by someone that there is a known problem with wheel bearings /hubs getting wear and having end float in them after a fair amount of kms ... Anyone had this or know about this dba tech article ?
Also some info about what makes discs seem like they are warped
Actually some good tech articles on the dba site

I had a drama where i got a shudder in my breaks, put a new set on and in a month or so the shudder came back.
I replaced bearings, disks, pads etc for me it made no difference, it ended up being the caliper.
I don't know what you call it but the rods in the caliper that the moving side is on was worn and there was play in it, i replaced the caliper and have not had a problem again.

Now your issue could be bearings I am not saying it isn't but if your replace everything and trouble still comes back this could be another problem
