Thanks for posting this up. I'm the owner of the car and I posted this on Facebook today after I was informed.

A lot of parts I would call irreplaceable were taken. At this point I actually don't know what to do for parts and wondering if I'll ever be able to get the car back to the standard it was. The interior was immaculate with many NOS parts used throughout and excellent condition to NOS VZ HSV parts are getting extremely hard to come by.

I'm gutted. That's all I can say. Nothing hits you as hard as having your pride and joy either stolen or damaged.

If anyone sees any various VZ HSV parts pop up anywhere for sale please let me know. Things such as non-R8 seats, binnacle gauges (white faced), gear knob/boot etc. Thank you.

99% these places are park at your own risk - time to call your insurer.

Insurance is good and fine as it helps IF you can find the parts.....

Me personally think, advertising the parts being stolen on places like this and finding the scumbags, is better than a wallet full of cash from any place

what you have just described is the insurers problem

absolutely try and find the bits but sweet jeebus don't hold your breath probably all being sold off on gumtree.

Majority of car storage facilities in Sydney atleast won't cover cars & tell you that insurance is required otherwise can't store your car there.
