So tomorrow I servicing my auto box just wondering ppls oppinion wether to go full synthetic, semi, or premium mineral

I would use Dexron VI or Full Synthetic Dexron III.

I would also flush the transmission so you would need about 12 litres.

So today I flushed My trans and changed fluid to the full synthetic penrite and wen I first dropped out the old oil it was black like real bad engine oil and there was no magnet so I got a magnet from the local wreckers now changes gears extremly smooth

I hope you changed the transmission filter as well.
Black can also mean it is getting too hot. It might be worth adding an auxiliary transmission cooler. PWR do one for the VZ that just bolts in.

Yeah changed the filter and will be looking at the cooler as I wanted to get one soon anyway

Curious after you did the tranny, does it leak more then it did before you changed it as you've obviously pulled the sump off it as well. Was there many shavings in it?

It doesn't leak what so ever as I changed the gaskett and was a fair few shavings on the magnet
