VZ Sv6 diff changing help???

hi, i have been givin a vs v8 diff centre with 3.08 gears and it has been welded up nice n strong!!! was wondering if this will bolt into the vz.. or if anything has to be changed to make it fit.. some people say it will fit other say it wont... so if anyone can tell me a straight up answer that would be great cheers!!!

A welded diff will turn your car into a pig that will snap axles and destroy your suspension.

I doubt anything from a VS would fit a VZ considering its a completely different chassis.
