vz sv6 rev skip,jump,stop full throttle

so i dont know how to put this so i dont know how to search it but....
just recently i have notice when i put my foot to the floor my car sort of shutters and revs stop and jump and then comes back to normal at about four grand, all gears taken it to a mechanic and he said clutch is fine everything sounds normal apart from when you floor can please someone help me

maybe the maf needs cleaning and the intake wiped out, all that flooring will surely bring up oil to the intake.
