Bad leaks at the front of the engine, getting on the exhaust manifold and making a mess!

Looks like its been leaking for some time, V6

Question is, do I buy a gasket kit (some have seals in them?)
Or just the water gasket and use silicon for the rest (if so whats best)

Is there anything else I could or should be doing while i'm at it?

I will be doing oil and filter regardless
