Hello all.
This weird sound is coming from the engine. At first I thought a belt is slipping or a pulley is toast but I'm not so sure.
The video says it all. Hit the link below.

EDIT: Squirting some water on the belts had no effect. Lightly applying the throttle makes it go away. Initially it sort of speeds up/ gets louder, but it stops. Lifting the throttle makes it come back.

To me it sounds like a pulley trying to seize and then frees up again.

Buy a stethoscope there cheap as fark , or put a clear handle screw driver or hose in your ear and put it on everything til the racket increases

Sounds like a bearing on one of the idlers or some such.

That’s had a rubber chicken idler pulley mod done.

Thanks for the great responses. I haven't checked it out yet because I've been busy with other things. I'll report back when I get around to it.

Water pump ?
Alternator ?
Power steering pump ?
Belts ?

Edit: I had a friend of mine ask me to look at his Air Conditioning in his VE,
He said it didn't seem to be working,
Checked the Temp of the Vents, Nope, not working,
Lifted the Bonnet to see if the Compressor was turning, Nope, Compressor wasn't turning,
Ahh, No Belt !
Where was the Belt !, Shredded !
Wrapped around the back of the Harmonic Balancer,
And that was making sort of a similar noise.
So out with the long nose pliers to remove the remnants of the Air Con Belt,

Found no Chickens in there either !
