welding

you can use mig or arc on your car. mig is with a wire feeder much easier than arc due to to having to use rods. just have to make sure you got good penotration so that they wont crack esspecially on moving parts and if you are wanting to weld panels you'll have to keep the heat right down or weld really fast cos it will warp your panels due to the heat. make sure you fill the entire gap with weld so that the condensation wont get in if you bog over it cos it will just break away from the steel. hope that helps you out

For thin sheet metal I would use mig. Far easier. Use short welds cos if you weld fot too long you will create too much heat and start blowing holes.

And yeah, ^^ what he said, fill the holes or whatever with weld and grind back.
