what happens to a passenger of an unlicensed driver

:axe:Hey guys so my gf who is a l plater decided she wanted to drive back home the other night (which i was not happy about but had no other choice) but anyway she got pulled up by the police in her driveway and im just wondering bexause im on a suspended provisional license. Will i get suspenped for longer just being the passenger.

i suppose technically you could be classed as the supervising instructor
in which case you'd be ####ed

Even if they saw you pull in you could testify haha. But yes - Supervised driver is obviously more in control.

He didnt say to much thats why i was wondering he only got my name cauae i didnt have my id on me. But been stressing cuz i only got cpl weeks left till i get ps back lol

EDIT - You just said you'd get your P's back in a couple of weeks. You can't supervise on your P's anyway so regardless you'd be ####ed lol.

Well thats what i was thinking we even had l plates on the car. I put it down to the cockhead cop accross the road who has had it in for me even before i got my license so id say he told him yo watch out for me
