LOl well ill be...so was it a Mazda powered Holden, or a Holden powered Mazda :)

Opinion is from an early 70's RX2, mounted on the 'C' pillar.

Its rotary version was the RX-2. The Capella name was taken from a star. This led to marketing slogans such as the "Star of the Highways". Capella is also the name of an African Antelope, which is represented in the badges.

Can't see any badges like it on a Roadpacer, and I wouldn't expect Mazda to have any reference to GMH on their cars. I suspect it's a badge someone has made up after putting a Holden engine into a Mazda body.

Well who'd have thought of that? Not me for sure. The original pics dont make it clear that the badge would have been made up of two separate parts.

Have to agree now that it's home made by someone who slotted a Holden motor in a Mazda. (or maybe the other way round).
