Looks like a few letters have rubbed off. It is VXR? Monaros were sold in UK as "VXR"

From my understanding it’s just a basic executive VZ with sv6 front and rear lip, the dark blue paint goes purple in the sunlight. Me and a mate have come down to a possible showroom model being the Sedan, Ute and Wagon showroom model for example 1/3-2/3-3/3?

Looks like a Dealership's cheap gimick plate to me, particularly as the paint fell off. Probably said VZR.
