It's just a VT SS spoiler. Might of been optioned on if you have a HBD build tag under the bonnet.

As I mentioned earlier, it's the same as my Daughter's 1999 VT Equipe.
I found her car over 10 years ago now, a one lady owner in great condition, and that first owner when buying the car took the Equipe option as it was close to a Calais in equipment that included the wing plus other goodies.
Old now VT still runs well.

Does your car have a hbd plate in the engine bay? May be a factory option?

Na nothin of the sort. Bog stock comp plates.
