What oil are you currently using?

I have decided i want to start doing my own oil changes at home, on a 5,000km schedule.

Previously took it to the mechanic and didnt specify oil.

Car has 130,000kms has small cam and new lifters / springs.

What are some good oils for consideration, allowing for a balance of performance and budget.

I dont race the car, but enjoy the odd spirited drive.

Also, what is the total capacity of sump, engine and filter for each change?

Can't go past castrol edge 5w-30 a3/b4 for value. They are regularly $35-40 for 5L.
Has good zinc levels. All the SN 5w-30 zinc levels are too low for my liking
Similar to hpr5 but more suitable viscosity.

L77 is 7.6L fill
