what rwkw's to expect out if standard 304?

hey jus wondering what other ppl have achived out of there standard 304 holden engines?
i have a vr ss 5 speed with 122 000ks and it has genie extractors and 2.5 inch with one muffler and a k&n pod hangin off it... future plans are to get a cam and get it degreed in and then get a memcal tuned to suite my set up.. what can i expect out of a decent lumpy cam uprgade?

135-145 rwkw as it stands, 155-160 tune only, 165-175 with a cam and tune and maybe a 3 inch exhaust. But that can vary wildly depending on the dyno

I would be very surprised if he got that figure, I would say roughly 150rwkw MAX as it stands now.

Its probably more, I lost 0.2 seconds of my ET on the 1/4 mile running straight from the Throttle as aposed to using my CAI.

But the power loss from a pod wont show up on the dyno only on the road or track. Like Mack found out a front mount CAI like you and Mack have is allways worth around .2 over the 1/4. For something that costs just a few bucks and beats or matches the time you gain from a full exhaust upgrade it's very good :D
