I have about $500 to spend. I am thinking of either a stage 2 shift kit, or a Gold Powerchip.
I was quoted $350 for the shift kit, which includes a corvette servo and a service. The Gold Powerchip costs about $490.
What should I do? Chip or shift kit?

Thanks

Give it to me!

Go the chip, then it's out the way, and then easier to save for the smaller expense of the shift kit, if you buy the shift kit now, you'll just blow the 150 left (well, if you're anything like me you would... hehe)

Thanks Guys...I'd prefer not to sell it though. lol.

Will a shift kit be rough on my diff or trans though? To rough for town driving?

Also The chip is quoted at increasing a stock 3.8L VR from 130 KW to 142-5 KW...sounds fairly good for 490 bucks
