When my vr is turned off,I put my foot on the brake and all the lights come on,rear,front etc. Has anyone had this happen to them and if so what is the fix it?

erm...thats a strange one. I honestly have no idea, but I would suggest doing the usual...
Check all your earths, check underneath the dash for short circuits and check all the wiring in your boot. Are you sure it's not happening when the car is running?

check all your brake light globes, you will either have one single contact globe in where there should be a double contact one, or you have a globe thats intrnally shorting the park light circuit to the brake lights.
