what turbo is a VL turbo ??? what sorta power are they good for

im pretty sure the are a TO4E power wise not to sure, but you wont be able to run any more then 14psi because itl **** itself, cermaic exhaust wheel

that looks to be a stock vl turbo to me, they are a bush bearing t3 not a t04e and they dont have a ceramic real wheel but i wouldnt go much over 14 pound

i would go for something a bit bigger on a v6

can i change the rear housing so its better suited to the V6???

nah you cant, sell it and buy a gt30 or 35
