What are you thinking it's worth? I know of a 2013 SSV manual ute that's been for sale at $35k for a few weeks and is not moving. Utes tend to fetch a bit more money of the same lux in sedan. Manuals tend to fetch more than auto's too. I know it's not a 2017 but might give you some indication.

See what others are asking for theirs. Usually there's a good mix of pricing on there. The ones priced appropriately get sold and the ones people are asking too much for sit there for months.

But how many kms on the oddo and what is the service history / crash history like?

On carsales the asking price ranges from $44,900 +orc (160,000kms) to $120,000 + orc (900kms).
Some like those on the last few pages are obviously dreamers but the spread is wide...

For advertised prices, there are plenty of people high on exhaust fumes for what they are asking (If they are commenting words to the effect of "Last of the Aussie Holdens, only going to go up in value" you can be assured their cheap COVID money run out and they now are holding the hot potato and panicking)

Almost nothing seems to be moving at the moment, and only going to get worse as RBA sticks the boot in even more. That's not to say nothing is selling, but be prepared for it to sit for a very long time. Frankly, keep it, drive it and enjoy it

I'm sure some think that an absolutely mint as new Redline with 1500 km's advertised for 100k, means theirs must be worth 80k with 140,000 km's although it's fundamentally half stuffed! I don't get the assumption being a VF Commodore, a junker example should be worth a lot of money!

It's very hard to tell from the small photos you've posted, but that doesn't look stock height to me, I thought you needed a ladder to get into a VF2 Commodore.
