In NZ you'd get that.. but we don't have drivers license restrictions like Australia,,, That being said, your sounds aren't worth 11K.. that might be what you paid but not everyone is into big boom music.. do you need a cert for the coil overs? and has it got one for the SC? I think what has been said above is abit harsh.. but true...
