Anyone done any alloy wheel repairs able to drop me tips ? such as what sand paper to use what type of bog/body filler did you use and what type of paint did you use

Doubt there are many wheel repairers out there that will use bog. Most dents and imperfections are usually welded up, sanded out, and then high-fill primer for the more subtle imperfections.

my issues is the alloy coating on my HSV E2 wheels is flaking off and alittle gutter rash i was hoping to fix it up myself

I paid 160 per wheel 8 yrs ago for a perfect repair prof done so yeah north of 200 per wheel for a top job

sounds a bit much I paid $80 each for mine. Professional job from a panel shop, so baked and all that stuff.

Shop around I'd say.
