Where are my Air Cond Fuses??

Air Con Lights are on but no cold air on my VT SS 2000 Series II..

.. Relay looks good (i tested it with another) but compressor does not kick in...

Im trying to check A/C fuse...Does anyone know where it is? Does one exist??Or any ideas ??

I'm not 100% if it's hiding here,but check the swing down access panel at bottom of the steering column.

Thanks for that but...
I've gone nutz, checked under steering and under bonnet, except for the obvious A/C Relay under the bonnet nothing else specifically says "A/C fuse".

I have actually pulled out each fuse and checked them (i thought maybe they share a fuse with somnething else for the SS) but they all look OK....
