Gday,

I have a quick question about the silver strip that you see on front and rear bumpers sometimes on vr and vs commodores. Where can you get these from? Are they a part of the bumper, or can you buy the strips seperatly and put them on yourself?

Here is a picture with arrows pointing to the strips im talking about:

i heard about buying them in rolls, but i didnt know supercheap has them. are they stickers? or a piece of metal or something?

They stick on. I don't know if it is actually metal.

yeah it just sticks on they are made from rubber/plastic with a chrome plating on top so it looks like metal but its not

you will see it at supercheap/autobarn etc, its next to the pin stripping etc...

Or if the rubbery bits are intact you could just get chrome pin stripping tape.

They are obsolete from Holdens now :(

just another quick question about the bumper, are after market front bumpers any good? would there be any difference in buying an after market one was apposed to getting one from the wrecker?
