91 unleaded make my vz run like garbage, 95 smooths out the idle, 98 makes it pull of idle, goes hard while making it smell nicer when you fill her up lol

91 (regular) is fine, 95 keeps your fuel system cleaner, may contribute to more power and better economy, 98 is just the ultimate, makes everything better if you can afford it

it's always 98 for me, usually BP but i'll go Shell depending on price- that Caltex stuff is absolute rubbish - actually busted the fuel lines in my mates VY and made it spew fuel when u tried to kick it over... not pretty...

what are people's thoughts on Shell's V-Power Racing? it's an E5 blend but it's 100 octane; unsure if it's worth throwing in for a couple of tanks...
(it's also official fuel of V8 Supercars - does that make it cool?)

Go the BP Ultimate, don't use the cheap crappy fuel especially the one with 10% ethonal it destoys your fuel system, this happend on my wifes Au falcon. It cost $2400 to repair. For the extra price you pay it is worth it in the long run.

mate i would put premium in it
thats all i use in my v6 and i notice the smoothness and the fuel economy for sure an extra couple of dollars is nothing. I do try to avoid the lesser known petrol stations.

Used ULP, then premium, then Synergy 8000. Now have got tank of mixed fuel.

Will only put 98 from now on due to my new powerchip :D
