Which Oil, Coolant Etc Do You Use

Lots of oils claim to be good, and lots are good but i try to keep to the viscosity rating given by Holden for my VS, some of the top performance oil's sound cool but won't actullay protect the engine properly.

Apparently LPG fuelled engines get hotter then petrol engines. Also it has some additives which are just good for the car (not quite sure what though)..

Just bought a 20 Litre drum of Penrite Gas 10.. Ryco filters..

Coolant, it's being flushed right now, with Castrol 350..
