Whine from speakers and sub

Hey,
Can anyone help me with this problem... I had my sub running fine in my Vr. Then the power was not going to the amp so we changed the fuse over cause the connection was crappy. I then ran 6x9s off the amp with the sub. They both work fine on accessories but as soon as I turn the key to ignition a High pitch whine comes from them? I ran rca's one and power the other...

Do you have a Pioneer deck ?
Wheres the amp earthed to ?
What brand is the amp ?

Alpine deck, audioline amp and it's earthed to the bolt that holds the seat to the parcel shelf

Try and earth it direct to metal surface that has had the paint rubbed off , the seat bolts are painted and will not conduct properly.
