You need to provide more info, like where abouts the noise is coming from, otherwise all we can do is guess.
So have a listen and try and localise it to the front or rear of the car as a first step. Then grab a 1m section of garden hose and hold one end to your ear so you can use it as a stethoscop. Doing such can help isolate the noise you are chasing, so move the other end around an area where you thing the sound is coming from. The fact the sound doesn’t last long makes it a tedious noise to find... Hopefully you’ll be able to get a better localisation of where the noise is Actually coming from.
To me it sounds like a fuel pump is starting to squeal but if your car has many “noises” probably best to start with fixing the loudest abnormal noise first and work your way down to the slight intermittent squeals
