Why don't dual exhausts sound any good on V6's?

Been saving this for a while until the thread was long enough to shoot down :p, big cam and long headers allways cures dodgy sounds

^^^^^i think that where the problem comes from people with the 4's and 6's are trying to get that v8 rumble and roar which they simply cant do and end up sounding ****, if you want a 6 or 4 to sound nice you have to aim for that sweet purrr sound as you mentioned

Thats what i like about my Red back exhaust, just has a nice deep purr to it :)
