The chat for invision is for invision and from the best of my knowledge can't be used with vB. From what I recall you had to pay for the pay as well as have a registered copy of invision in order for it to work.

What happens? If you get a cross in the top left hand corner that generally indicates that you need Java installed on the machine.

If it's something else please let me know so I can fix it.

Everything is OK for me. I went straight in without any problems. You were right, you need Javascript to access chat.

if you have problems accessing the chat via the web - you can always download a copy of an IRC Client (Mirc/Pirch) to connect via the following

server: au.austnet.org
channel: #justcommodores

mirc - www.mirc.com
pirch - www.pirch.com

when you have the program ready, type:
/server au.austnet.org (press enter)

when that logs through, and you've selected a username etc.., type:
/join #justcommodores and you should be chatting.
