Will a 3 inch Cat Con fit a standard vn commodore exhaust system.

Hi All I'm looking at replacing my catalytic converter on my vn series 1 and are wondering will a 3 inch catalytic converter
HOLDEN COMMODORE VL VN VP VR VS BOLT ON RACE CAT 3" 100CPSI 100 CELL ?
If not how about a
2.5" INCH 100 CELL BULLET RACE CATALYTIC CONVERTER S/STEEL VL VN VP VR VS?

What size is your exhaust piping?

If it is a bolt on cat with the flanges already attached, then yes, it will fit. Regardless of pipe size, the bolt holes and the outer dimensions of the flange plate are the same on all of them.

Hi All got the new cat just stayed with the original size and got the exhaust problem worked out. Took it to an exhaust place and they worked there magic fitting it all and getting the pipe off the floor total cost $82 great services great price.
