Will a wagon diff fit a sedan?

VN S2 V6 Berlina
My VN V6 sedan diff is stuffed. i have been offered a good diff out of a VN V6 wagon. Will it fit? I'm talking about the whole live diff housing. I don't want to muck around changing the diff centre.

Are the control arms the same? I know that the springs and shocks are different.

No, the angles are not the same but the AXLES,BRAKES,CENTRES are the same just not the housings.
