VS Acclaim V6
you would have to have a look, i mistakenly (labeled wrong from the wreckers) installed a VP fuel tank, and i caused majoy dramas, it pumped fuel out into the engine bay on hot days!! was lucky it didnt blow up!
i know vn/p tanks have 2 breather holes, check to see if ur vr has both, as i know for a fact the vs has only one. (vr "should" be the same)

difference is the charcol canister is located near the tank on vn/p, where as i know on the vr/vs, its in the engine bay.

I wouldnt risk it, get ur mate to sell the vp tank, and get a proper vr tank.

Cheers

I don't know if they'll 'fit' but VN - VR 6 cylinder sedans all had 63 Litre tanks. VS 6 cylinder ecotec's was when they went to 59 litre.
