HSV are a factory produced cars. so the fact still stands C4B was the highest powered factory producted ls1 based engine.
you go buy a factory produced VT2-VY GTS, Senator 300 or monaro GTS and it came from factory with 300kws facts are facts.
i believe also that the 285kw hsvs which were standard LS1's were rated higher then what the yanks were getting. not saying we don't get ripped off sometimes, but also remember besides CHEV we were the first to get the LS2. everyone had to wait alot longer then HSV to get the LS2 i believe it had only been out in the corvette 2-3 months when HSV launched it here.
