Yeah i would imagine it just has a single voice coil, this means you will only be able to give it 250wrms from one pair of bridged outputs from that 4ch amplifier. So yeah, it'll power the sub ok.....but you wont get the full potential from the sub. If youre not after a whole heap of bass (its in a ute, so you only have a smallish cabin area - means its easier to get loud!), then this should work out OK.
Do you have aftermarket speakers in the doors too? If so then you could use the other two channels to power them, which will make them play alot louder and clearer.
Oh yeah, by the sounds of it get the gear installed by a proffesional....saves alot of headaches and possible blown components if you dont know what youre doing!
