Will vt irs diff fit vr

will an irs vt wagon diff fit my vr? my vr is irs also. i purchased the whole crossmember with hubs, disks, diff, etc etc...just wondering what will fit. any help much appreciated

also, how can i tell if it is single spin or lsd? thanks

The way to tell if its a single spinner or lsd :- if you turn the diff yoke a single spinner will turn both wheels in opposite directions, an Lsd will turn them both in the same direction.

and no, a VT diff will not fit. VR diff is 7.8inch, VT onward is 8 inch
