I have a 2007 VZ SVZ wagon. The intermittent wipers are not working and when you turn wipers off, they sometimes stop mid sweep and will park a few seconds later.
There is a problem with the BCM. I changed wiper motor and stalk.
And then fixed it!
There are 2 wires going to the BCM Connector X1-1 Yellow and X1-12 Green. They are both on one end of connector! (disconnect the X1 connector, its the one on the end away from the door.
Cut both wires and join the wires not connected to the connector and then tape them up, Tape up the wires going to connector.
Its fixed, still no intermittent, but now wipers park correctly (which is needed for RWC)
