Worked 5.0l gearbox problem

Hi, having trouble with my auto box in my vs stato.
May be that I damaged the tps not sure but after refitting it I have had the car stay in second for a small amount of time while cold leaving in the morning, but as soon as I back right off it changes.
But today after getting out onto the 100km road 1st and second pulled fine than as soon as it hit 3rd slipped its ass off same in over drive but first and second pull like a scalded cat.
I had a problem before with a tps and I had second gear only and it slipped?
I have no idea what the problem is, the box seemed to be in good condition all round.

correct oil level, checked when hot and engine running.

Yes oil level is fine with engine running and hot.

it could be tps, could be speed sensor, gear changes go by speed and throttle position, is it all hooked backup ok? no fault codes logged?

Yeah all seems to be ok, like a said I may have damaged the tps against the alternator bracket bolt as its spaced out a bit.
Just showing plain old 12.
Would I be getting a fault code if 3-4 clutch pack is gone. Would it just go just like that. The trans has stage 2 kit corvette servo and around 4 stall that was put in a week ago. Car has 202 in it now previous owner looked like they kept everything up to date.
