Would anyone be interested in custom ve manual shift knobs?

Do you want more aftermarket shifters?

Hi everyone at JustCommodores,

I have noticed a serious lack of interior customisation for the VE interior parts, one of these being the gear knob.

I am fairly sure this is due to the way holden connects their gear knobs (slide on rather than screw)

Would you guys be interested in seeing more custom gear knobs for your cars?

Thanks for the input.

Except they bubble under the silver plating.
Have replaced 2 stockies because of this.
Currently trialling a genuine leather one and it's holding up better than standard.

Most of the after market stuff I've seen isn't designed with VE in mind, and/or looks horrid.

From memory pry up the surround then pull hard straight up.

Then fix new in surround and push down into place.

Awesome I really appreciate that, it looks quite easy to me?
Just remove the surround, undo the boot and pull the shifter off?

step 1 and 2 is easy...as you said
step 3.. pull the shifter off
yeah well... on my first VE I tried this but in the end used a slide hammer on the lil' pharker
on S1 SS and SSv Holden GLUE them on
