A car usually only goes to the wreckers if a] The car has been in a prang and the damage is worth more than car's insurance value, or b] the damage is basically impossible to repair. VE HSVs would be worth 40-60k; it'd have to have an almighty wallop to be written off!! So IF you found one chances are what you want on it would be damaged....
