rims are in ok nick tires are stuffed $100 for the set. rest of the car is gone

Forgive me for not reading the whole thread thus far, but in how good of a condition are the door seals? I'm specifically talking about the seals that are attached to the body and what the door pushes against when closed, mine are having a hard time keeping water out.

Also, the rear garnish that sits between the tail-lights?
