FIT is a company that supplied performance parts for the L67 and ecotec engines. I believe FIT has totally disappeared now.
MACE is the go to guy for V6 performance parts.

I would never buy anything from a source that doesn't even know how to spell the name of the engine. It's ecotec , there's no H .....

Baha fair call.
In general I understand the theory of having one but kinda thought with the layout of my engine that the rubber intake pipe would not heat up so much from the headers but possible the air flow meter would being metal and retain heat. Might check after driving how much heat seems to linger...
